Yes a new year, and as my six-

year-old granddaughter told

me last night in a very grown

up and serious voice after a

trip to the hair salon, “A new

hair style, a new me!”

Well, here at OCIN we are not

doing a complete makeover,

but we are starting 2017 with

a few changes and with a

renewed spirit. I hope you

noticed our new logo and

mission statement at the head

of this newsletter.

Our goals this year are to

support both energetically

and financially all the

interfaith activity in Orange

County: To promote all

educational efforts, like our

House of Worship Tours, that

expand our understanding

and respect for other faith

traditions; To empower all

interfaith organizations and

agencies in the County to

achieve their goals and

objectives. Working together,

my brothers and sisters of

faith, we will bring about a

more civil community for the

common good of all Orange

County.
