Step 1: Create your Looking Glass Depo Account

Go to the Looking Glass Depo portal at http://lgd.depoconf.com

Then Fill out the online form:

Once you click Save an email will be sent that will have a link that must be clicked to

authenticate and create a password.

Step 2: Entering a Looking Glass Depo

Click on the URL in the confirmation email then enter your credentials

After selecting either option you will see the following series of screens

If the above screen is shown for more than 30 seconds please have reporter call

Step 3: Connecting to the Audio Conference

You can connect to the bridge in 2 ways;

If this is an international deposition please contact Concierge Service at 877.988.DEPO

48 hours prior to deposition to discuss audio conference options.

Step 4: Starting the Video

There are 3 places you can start your video from. In order to make sure you have the correct webcam

selected use the 2nd or 3rd option.

Step 5: Sharing Exhibits

To share exhibits make sure an Exhibit Pod is selected in the Layout. Then click the

appropriate area to show a document.
