Creating a Vimeo account Visit www.vimeo.com and click on the "Join Vimeo" button

Click on the button that says "Sign up for Basic>"

Enter your full name, email address, and a unique password. Be sure to read and accept the Vimeo Terms of Service. Click "Join".

Check your email and click the link provided to confirm your account.

Uploading a Video From your Vimeo home page, click the "Upload a Video" button

On the next page, click the "Choose a Video to Upload" button, and select the video file form your computer.

Add additional videos, or click "Upload Selected Videos"

On the next page, under the Basic Info tab, give you video a title, a description (which includes your name and work location), and be sure to add "InterExchange" as a tag before clicking "Save Changes".

Under the Privacy tab, be sure that the video is available to "Anyone" and that it can be downloaded. Click "Save Changes".

Under the "Advanced" tab, give your video the "No Creative Commons License” option. Click "Save Changes"

Your video may take a few minutes to process. Vimeo will send you a confirmation email when the upload is complete. The confirmation email will include a direct link to your video (e.g., http://vimeo.com/12345678). This URL should be submitted on your entry form.
