First of all I looked for fonts I could download and use for my titles on http://www.dafont.com/ , using the preview text Days Left which will be the

name of our film intro. I know that I want text that looks aged as in scratched up and edgy, it also has to be bold to suit the action genre. These

are the thing I will be looking for in a title font.

Animating and Creating my titles• I will either be using Adobe After Effects or the simpler ‘Vision’ to

create and animate my titles depending on which one I prefer. As for the animation, I think that I would like to keep it simple with basics fades in and fades out as we want our intro to be a dramatic action apocalypse. If we had over animated titles it would not suit our genre at all, that’s why I will strive to keep basic titles with either Black or White text.

Title video ideas- Close up shots of broken windows and smashed glass, broken floorboards from the mill, all panning shots with bold

overlaying text- Long shot of a man in the background with his back to the camera, with fire behind him, blurry shots with bold

overlaying text.

- Long shots of the building from the outside, display the scale of the building and then zoom into a single window. This is our best idea for a title video sequence, we want to show off the scale of our location and we can do this with long shots of the mill. I also like that we will be able to create a transition shot from the outside of the mill to Jasper sleeping inside. This transition will be a very interesting shot and one that I think will really impress our audience.
