• Supporting our Homeland Security Enterprise, we have built a PPBE process from scratch, including drafting RAP21 (FY17-21) and RAP22 (FY18-22), developing processes and conducting training for UFRs, and managing spend plans and IPACs.
• For the US Secret Service, we piloted, implemented, and deployed OneNumber (a financial modernization system), which required numerous communication and coordination strategies with DHS components and enterprise-wide insight into the PPBE process.
• Within the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) our team cleansed, reconciled, and analyzed data at ICE to support the integrity of financial data throughout its life- cycle, resulting in increased transparency, auditability, and data that conforms with a single standard.
