 Each theme is thoughtfully designed with yoga modalities and other activities which complement and enhance the theme of the weekend. Our goal is to offer a weekend of relaxation, discovery, fitness and great healthy food. We Provide:• Quality yoga instruction by Registered Yoga Teachers• All yoga props• Art supplies (if applicable)• Arrangement for additional instructors for dance or

What you Provide:

•The hotel rooms and booking•Meals and linens•Some press•Room compensation for the yoga instructors•Room for Yoga classes

So what’s the bottom Line?Since each package is custom designed for each location there isn’t a set price for the package. Yoga classes typically

run from $12-$20 per class so we charge $10 per hour (per person) for

the yoga classes and if there are other dance instructors or speakers then that cost gets added on as well. So if there are 5 hours of yoga classes and 3 hours of art classes and meditation in the then

add $80 (per person) (plus the art supply cost) to the cost of the rooms

and meals.

We want to make the packages affordable and ensure that your business profits from the rooms and meals and from the increased traffic from local drop-ins for the classes. Yoga is very popular now and whether your guests are in town for business and need to unwind or have chosen to make your location a destination for relaxation, let us help you put together a Yoga retreat.

Yoga is traditionally practiced at sunrise and sundown so we would like to offer am and pm classes and a class just past midday as well. We believe that it is healthiest for us to follow our natural bio-rhythms and the cycles of the seasons and would like for our personal yoga practice and our classes to reflect this as well. We will be offering the following Yoga Classes:

A Little about Creative Life Yoga

Lea Holmes L.M.T., RYT is a NYS licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher and owner of Creative Life Yoga. She specialized in Craniosacral Therapy and has practiced yoga for over 20 years.She is an artist, photographer and Certified Coach for Cross Country and Track who enjoys running, gardening, and a wide variety of crafts.
