Welcome...Creative Network Partners Creative Network Partners (CNP) have acquired 70,000 sq ft site of buildings, soon to serve London’s creative community with cutting edge spaces for emerging new talent, whilst offering a collaborative and dynamic working environment in which exciting new partnerships can converge. 20,000 plus sq ft of space is earmarked for inventive new partnerships, bespoke parties & carefully curated live events and music.

Hackney Downs Studios Hackney Downs Studios is set to host some of the most forward thinking creative organisations to emerge from London’s cultural mecca in the lead up to the London 2012 Olympics and beyond. The space will form a new take on work life play – incorporating leading design concepts into the workplace and 12 unique venues available for dry and bespoke events hire as live music venues, private parties and theatrical happenings, vast airport hanger exhibition spaces, pop-up restaurants, a screening room, media hub, film and recording studios, and a spa.


Space & New BeginningsHackney Downs Studios will work on the existing model developed by sister project and much-loved creative community of Netil House. Set in the heart of London Fields, East London, Netil House is made up of 94 studios for small and start-up companies as well as a 5,000 sqft warehouse space and roof terrace hired out for major events, music videos and films. Residents range from digital arts innovators, fashion labels, film and recording studios to art restoration, acrobats and children’s publishing.

The Hackney Downs Studios site is undergoing an exciting consultation period from now until 12th September 2011, during which Creative Network Partners want to hear from London wide promoters, creatives, artists and entrepreneurs.

Backing onto the hidden green gem of Hackney Downs Park, the space is earmarked for inventive new partnerships, bespoke parties & carefully curated live art events to bring together the best burgeoning new talent.

To top it all off, we’re putting on an arts festival this November, so come and get involved, book one of the spaces for your event or club night, and be part of something new in Hackney. Looking forward to the future this is the beginning of a long-term commitment to Hackney Downs community, the wider development of hi-end, immersive arts and cultural events and as a new blank canvas to bring your vision to life for branded events, promotions, parties, shoots and experiences.

Once upon a wintertimeNovember will see a temporary use of the venue space, this time is set aside to act as a test bed for future activity, community and creative engagement potential and as a way to launch Hackney Downs Studios to the public and private sectors in the local and wider London areas.

Creative Network Partners is seeking arts and enterprise proposals, which will set alight future ways of working and allow the new space to facilitate anything from a digital media centre, cutting edge video conferencing technology, to fitting out the vast airport hanger exhibition spaces for music showcases and an inspirational new working village from which we hope ground breaking initiatives will emerge.The space is available for arts and music promoters to take over the entire space, to create an immersive, live event that will offer a valid addition to the ethos of the festival and the creative network of East London.

We are looking for like-minded individuals and collectives who can bring their passion to this arts space. We are working with promoters and creatives to turn the space into a standout destination for East London. Come and get involved.
