The advent of cyber cities, burgeoning SEZs

and state-of-the-art townships over the past

decade in Hyderabad has led to a sudden and

exponential growth as well as major changes in

the State’s realty sector. Since the last decade,

the real estate sector has turned from a

fragmented industry into a more organized one

by adopting a sophisticated approach in selling,

cutting-edge construction technology, customer-

centric philosophy and imbibing the work culture

of national and multinational firms.

There has been a paradigmatic shift from

family-owned realty businesses to professionally

managed ones. One of the significant changes

experienced by the realty sector was the

introduction of second generation entrepreneurs.

This new breed of entrepreneurs changed

the business scenario through new ideas and

approaches by hiring qualified professionals

in areas like project management, architecture

and engineering in order to meet the dynamic

needs of managing multiple projects across cities.

The various chapters in Andhra Pradesh ranging from large cities to

small towns have come together under the umbrella of

CREDAI Andhra Pradesh, thereby inspiring the Government to

formulate industry friendly policies and stoking the interest of

developers and investors not just from India but also abroad.

Continuing with the spirit of oneness, the collective efforts of these

various chapters such as Visakhapatnam, Tirupathi and Hyderabad

along with other city chapters have culminated in bringing about

phenomenal changes in trends and perspectives benefiting the

real estate scenario in Andhra Pradesh.

It is a proud moment for all the developers who have witnessed

CREDAI Andhra Pradesh grow from a small organization into the

voice of the industry. Staying true to CREDAI's model code of conduct,

the member associations have been successful in imbibing and

delivering the philosophy of transparency and accountability in the

realty sphere.

Andhra Pradesh has undergone rapid urbanization - to the extent that today, over 15 million people (32% of the overall population) inhabit cities such as Hyderabad and other mini metros of the State. There has been a gradual, but certain increase in residential demand and absorption. Considering the current demand and supply situation in the realty sphere, CREDAI Andhra Pradesh has envisioned to hold its first ever Property Show at People’s Plaza from 2nd November to 4th November, 2012. This platform endeavors to serve as a unique platform for all kinds of developers and will enable them to showcase their projects irrespective of their scale of operations or sales. Moreover, the huge need to develop synergies amongst developers largely influenced the creation of CREDAI Andhra Pradesh Property Show.

WHY CREDAI ANDHRA PRADESH PROPERTY SHOW?

The Show will see participation from over 150 developers and 50 stakeholders from the financial and manufacturing sectors. This Show would serve as a medium for all large, medium and small developers to exhibit their projects. The platformis advantageous, especially for medium and small developers, who are not in a position to spend huge budgets on their marketing campaigns. Their participation in the CREDAI Andhra Pradesh Property Show can lead to higher visibility in the eyes of the general public.

PARTICIPATION FROM VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS

The Property Show venue (People’s Plaza) is strategically located in the heart of Hyderabad city, and is equidistant from all four directions. Due to the scenic location of the venue and the event dates spread over a weekend, the Property Show is expected to have large number of footfalls. At a reasonable estimate, the Show is expected to have a turnout of around 6000-10,000 visitors.

THE IMPORTANCE OF VENUE AND TOTAL EXPECTED FOOTFALLS

The chief agenda of the communication plan calls for the creation of a massive outreach program by utilizing both electronic and print media. In order to achieve the said objective, CREDAI Andhra Pradesh has co-partnered with major member developers to perform co-branding activities through 40-50 hoardings spread across the City. Two weeks prior to the Property Show, one can find advertisements about the Show in major national and regional newspapers. The Property Show will also be marketed through scrolls in regional TV channels along with advertisements. This vibrant marketing program will definitely result in creating higher awareness about the Property Show among the average Hyderabadi.

We encourage you to participate in the CREDAI Andhra Pradesh Property Show. The Show is sure to be a great value addition to the realty sector in Andhra Pradesh. It will also help strengthen CREDAI - an association that is, and will continue to be, instrumental in driving the Nation’s economic growth through Real Estate.
