YOUR ROLE In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager of Construction and the Senior Estimator to coordinate construction tenders, as well as assist with daily estimating tasks. This role requires someone with a passion to develop an understanding of construction operations, construction tender coordination and submissions. This role is based predominantly at Crema Constructions’ Head Office. Importantly, you will have exposure to the operations of Crema’s vertically integrated companies, including Crema Developments, Camillo Concrete Structures, SG Formwork, Cambar Precast and Piave Concrete. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a support role to the General Manager and the Senior Estimator of Crema Constructions Work closely with the General Manager of Construction on a daily basis. Act as the primary point of contact for tender documentation control, and facilitate the procedural and administrative aspects of the tender process. Manage packaging of tender documentation under the Senior Estimator’s guidance, and distribute to the relevant subcontractors for pricing. Liaise with relevant project managers / superintendents with regards to tender milestones, tender documentation, RFIs and meetings. Ensure that Crema Constructions achieves all tender deliverables within set timeframes. Maintain a high level of professional standards across all forms of presentations throughout the tender, including all correspondence and materials. Hold control over the master tender document including all returnable schedules. Attend client design meetings and coordinate consultant documentation prior to handover to site team. Compile and consolidate monthly project cost reports for Crema Constructions including consolidated reports and pipeline report. Continue to develop a skillset for estimating for budget feasibility purposes, including rates and basic cost measure for sign off by Senior Estimator.
