The GUARDIAN project was first started by Staff Command Officer Daniel Richards, only 1 year before we was promoted to Vice Admiral. Currently, the GUARDIAN program is in it’s fifth stage, known as GUARDIAN-5.

The Officers are in charge of recruitment as well as the manufacturing of ships, weapons, and other equipment. Officers, like all ranks above them, keep their medals and patches from their previous rank of Junior Officer. This rank is only a temporary rank and Junior Officers usually stay this rank for about a month.
