One of our team will engage with you to understand your business, the security risks it may be exposed to and explain how Crisis Complete offers enhanced protection for your business.

STEP 1

Our consultants may provide security consultancy options for you to consider which can be covered within the scope of your policy and delivered by our in house team or one of our wide ranging approved vendors.

STEP 3

After binding our in-house consultants will contact you to identify the nominated business stakeholders. Explain the Crisis Complete coverage, how it can be activated, detail the response vendors and solutions and discuss the preventative consultancy services provided as part of the insurance coverage.

During the stakeholder call our security consultants will have an informal discussion with you around current and future employee profile and geographic exposures. Also touching upon the current threat status for terrorism, crime, specific concerns and current security protocols.

STEP 2

Throughout the policy term you will have a known point of contact from the AIG consultants that can field your security concerns, provide advice and guidance or assist your own in house security team.

Preparedness case studiesCrisis Complete is not just about responding during or after an incident. Our Security consultants can work with you in the planning and preparation phase, helping you and your business grow safely in new regions, ensuring your people are prepared and safe by developing comprehensive and effective training and mitigation plans.
