User Questions

“Is there a report, view, or advanced find to compare customer sales for certain

periods that have been touched by an activity by owner?”

• This can be accomplished through the below workaround:

• Create a View that shows the Order History for the last 3 months for all

Accounts that have completed Activities with an Actual End Date in the

last 3 Months

• Add the Total Revenue column to the View

• Export to Excel

• Duplicate the view for another 3 month time period with same filters and

Columns

• Export to Excel and Compare the two Excel Documents

Screenshot of Advanced Find

“How do I print out all my accounts in an Excel format?”

• Navigate to the Accounts Section

• Set the view to “My Active Accounts”

• Click on the Export to Excel Button

• Click “Open” to Open in Excel

• Print out the Excel Spreadsheet

“How do I change CRM Only accounts to an Account Number and what are the things to watch out for?”

• **You must have the Field Security Access to edit Account Numbers, if you do

not have access, please contact your Sales Manager for approval and then

Notify CRM Support at Ledgeview Partners

• Once a CRM Only Account has been added to your back office ERP system, you will

want to take the following steps:

• Navigate to the CRM Only Account

• Update the Account Number to match what is in the back office ERP System
