    SIZES: 26, 30, 34, 38, 42, 46 Chest and Bust sizes.

    GAUGE: 3 DC = 1 inch; 2 rows = 1 inch.

    Sizes: 26, 30, 34, 38, 42, 46 Chest and Bust sizes for men,women and children.

    Materials: 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2 Color A for the back, 1 Colors B & C for the fronts, 2, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3 Color

    D for the sleeves - Jack Frost Wintuk Knitting Worsted Type 4 oz. pull skeins; "K" Crochet Hook

    Gauge: 3 DC = 1 inch; 2 rows = 1 inch

    BACK: With Color A, chain 42, 48, 54, 60, 66, 72 loosely.NOTE: When making a DC; yarn over the hook, insert the hook and draw the loop up about 1/2inch, finish as usual.Row 1: 1 DC in the 5th Ch, 1 DC in each remaining Ch (38, 44, 50, 56, 62, 68 DC and Ch 4).NOTE: When making a SC; place the yarn over the left index finger, forming a 3 - 3-1/2 inch loop,insert the hook, yarn over the hook and pull through, leaving a 3 - 3-1/2 inch loop on the back ofthe work, yarn over the hook and pull through the 2 stitches on the hook.Row 2: Ch 1, turn, 1 SC in the first DC, 1 SC in each remaining DC, 1 SC in the top of the turningCh.

    the back. Piece will measure 6-1/2, 7-1/2, 8-1/2, 9-1/2, 10-1/2, 11-1/2 inches wide. Repeat Rows2 and 3 for the pattern. Work even in pattern until the front measures 6, 7, 8, 8, 9, 9 inches, or thesame as the back, ending with pattern Row 2.

    Armholes: Row 4: Ch 3, turn, 1 DC in the 3rd SC (for a neck dec), 1 DC in each of the next 11,13, 16, 18, 21, 23 SC, skip the next SC for an arm dec, 1 DC in the next SC, do not work acrossthe last 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7 SC.Row 5: Ch 1, turn, 1 SC in each DC across, 1 SC in the top of the turning Ch.Row 6: Ch 3, turn, 1 DC in the 3rd SC for a neck dec, 1 DC in each remaining SC.     Left Front: With Color C, chain 23, 26, 29, 32, 35, 38 loosely. Work the same as the right frontuntil the piece measures 6, 7, 8, 8, 9, 9 inches, or the same as the back, ending with pattern Row2.

    2 DC in the last SC (for an inc). Repeat Rows 2 and 3 until there are 34, 40, 44, 46, 50, 54stitches. Work even without increasing until the piece measures 13, 15, 16, 17, 17 inches, or thedesired length to the armhole, ending with Row 2.

    Armholes: Row 4: Ch 1, turn, slip stitch across the first 5, 6, 6, 7, 7, 8 SC, Ch 3, skip the nextSC, 1 DC in each of the next 22, 26, 30, 30, 34, 36 SC, skip the next SC, 1 DC on the next SC,do not work across the last 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7 SC.Row 5: Ch 1, turn, 1 SC in the 2nd DC for a dec, 1 SC in each DC across, do not work in the topof the turning Ch for a dec.Row 6: Ch 3, turn, 1 DC in the 3rd SC for a dec, 1 DC in each SC across to the last 2, skip thenext SC for a dec, 1 DC in the last SC.     Finishing: Sew the side and shoulder seams. Sew the sleeve seams. Sew the sleeves into thearmholes. Work 1 row of SC across the bottom, up the right front, around the neck, and down theleft front. Cut the loops if desired, or leave uncut.
