    Materials:Yarn needle

    Gauge:8 sts = 2" [5 cm] in dc.6 rows = 2" [5 cm] in dc/sc pattern.

    INSTRUCTIONSThe boomerang shawl is worked starting with 3 stitches and increasing one side by two every row and decreasing the opposite side by 1 every row. You continue to work until you reach your desired size. This shawl is worked until you have 110 stitches ending with DC row. The shawl length is an arm span or approximately 60" [152.5 cm]. The shawl will need to be blocked to fl atten the edges from curling. Pin tosize and spray with water then cover with damp towel to block. The trim

    is worked separately, blocked then sewn to edge of shawl using a whip stitch.
