and weave in the ends. Face Details: Step 1: Beak-Thread a yarn needle with yellow yarn. Insert the needle in the center of the face, from the back to the front. Insert 1/4 inch below from the front to the back to create a vertical stitch. Bring the needle up on one side at the top of the vertical stitch, from the back to the front. Insert again through the bottom of the vertical stitch. Repeat with another side stitch on the other side of the vertical stitch. Knot on the back and weave in the ends. Step 2: Waddle-Leaving a 4-inch tail on both ends, ch 3 with red yarn and an E-crochet hook. Using the hook, pull one tail from the front to the back at the top of the right stitch of the beak. Just to the bottom-right of the right beak stitch, pull the remaining tail to the back of the body. Turn the body over and tie the ends together. Weave in the ends. Step 3: Eyes-Glue two 6 mm half-round ball eyes above the beak using craft glue. Tie a small bow with the red yarn and glue to the neck. Allow the glue to dry. Ring: The ring is worked using the G crochet hook and the Honey yarn. Ch 25. Turn. Row 1: Sc in the second ch from the hook and in each ch across. Row 2: Ch 1. Sc in each stitch across. Turn. (24 sc) Row 3-4: Repeat Row 2. Finish off with a long tail. Thread the yarn needle with the tail. Fold the ring base in half with the end of the rows together. Whip-stitch the ends together. Fasten off and weave in the ends. Finishing: Apply craft glue to the back of the turkey body. Position the body on the feathers using the picture for placement. Apply craft glue to the center-back of the feathers. Position the turkey over the seam of the ring. Allow the glue to dry.
