• Use plumb line to decipher any valgus or varus stresses

• Knee is a common area for injury (non-traumatic/overuse)

• Shoulder and upper extremity alignment

• Vision of front wheel axle should be blocked by crossbar

• Adjust with handlebar tilt and stem length
