Judicial Resolution Process for Violent Incidents:
Student is accused of a conduct violation. Campus Safety is dispatched-For incidents involving violence, sexual assault or threat of violence, the student is issued an immediate College restriction.
The Campus Safety staff informs the Daytona Beach Police or the local Law Enforcement Agency of the incident for intervention and possible arrest. The JA Office is informed of the incident and places a trespass hold on the student records.

Judicial Resolution Process for Violent Incidents:
If the student requests to return to the College, they must contact the Judicial Affairs Office to arrange a disciplinary hearing. The JA Office sends the student a follow-up e-mail via falconmail informing the student of the hearing process. The student may appear before the Student Disciplinary Committee for resolution. If the student disagrees with the Committee decision, they will have five business days to appeal to an Administrative Review Committee.

Judicial Resolution Process for Non-Violent Incidents:
Student is accused of a conduct violation. Campus Safety is informed. For incidents involving disruptive behavior without violence, the student is issued a summons to contact the JA Office for an administrative meeting. The JA Office is informed of the incident and places a registration hold on the student records. Student is informed that they must contact the Judicial Affairs Office to arrange an administrative meeting.

Judicial Resolution Process for Non-Violent Incidents:
The JA Office sends student a follow-up e-mail via falconmail informing them of the meeting process. The administrative meeting is conducted by the Judicial Affairs and Campus Safety Staff. The Judicial Affairs staff determines if a resolution may be reached or if a hearing is more appropriate depending on the circumstances of the case.
