SUNDAY SCHOOL

This Spring in both the Junior High and Senior High Sunday School classes, we will be studying the book of Judges. Throughout the book of Judges there is a repetition of everyone doing what is right in their own eyes. A cycle develops and is repeated over and over. In this cycle God raises up “judges” to deliver the people. In the story it becomes clear that these heroes are broken. But God uses these broken heroes to save and redeem his people anyway. The book of Judges only has one real hero — God! This book is not an easy read. But living in the times we do, it is an essential one.

SNL

This Spring at SNL (Sunday Night Live), we will be studying the letter to the Galatians. In this letter Paul encourages believers to live in the age of the new convent that Christ’s death has brought. There is an emphasis in this letter on the beauty of adoption as children of God, the freedom from the Mosaic law, and an admonishment to live in the guidance and power of the Holy Spirit.

The Student Ministry (6th-12th grade) meets every other week throughout the school year at the church from 6:30-8:30pm for an engaging and refreshing time of studying God's word, small groups, and fellowship.

Changes, Reminders, Cancelations will be communicated through FlockNote (a text messaging service). Email [email protected] to be added to the group message with your name and number to be added to the group text message.
