Introduction Crowdfunding is a Wordpress plugin to create charitable program and appeal for donation through

Paypal or bank transfer.

With this plugin, you easily create and manage all charity programs, donors and donations.

Installation and update 1. System requirement

Server requirements

PHP 5.0 or above

MySQL 5.0 or above

wordpress 4.3.x or above;

Client requirements Firefox 3.5.x, Internet Explorer 7 or above...

2. Installation Please follow these steps to install the product:

Step 1: Go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin

Step 2: Browse the installation package

Step 3: Click “Install Now”

3. Active plugin Go to Plugins and active plugin with name: Crowdfunding

Settings Go to WordPress panel. Select “Crowdfunding” from Main menu > Settings to start then you will be

delivered to configuration area of Crowdfunding plugin.

There are 4 main sessions:

• General: contains general configuration of the plugin

• Registration form: conclude fields of donors

• Payment: Payment settings (Paypal, offline payment)

• Message template: Settings of notification and email template for payment system

Crowdfunding administrator

1. Campaign manager Follow this path: Main menu -> Crowdfunding

You can view the list of campaigns, edit or delete campaigns’ page.

2. Edit/Create a new campaign

On campaign list, click “Add New” button to create a new campaign or click “Edit” link of an existing

campaign to edit the campaign.

On “Add New Campaign” page, enter necessary content in corresponded fields and press “Publish” or

“Update” to post the campaign.

3. Category management

Category allows to manage and filter campaigns as groups.

Using and managing campaign category are similar to posting category.

4. Tag management

Tag is a-kind-of category and it could be automatically added when adding a new post. Using campaign

tag is the same with using post tag.

5. Donors management (Member) List of donors for of campaigns.

Access to: Main menu -> Crowdfunding -> Donors

At there, you can edit donor information or delete donor by clicling “Edit or “Delete” link at Action

column. Also, you can delete some donors by ticking the checkbox of donors and pressing “Delete”

button at the top list.

6. Donor information edit On Donors list page, clicking “Edit” link of Action column to access to “Edit member” page.

After editing, clicking “Save Update” to save change.

7. Donates Management (Order) Donates list

Access to: Main menu -> Crowdfunding -> Donates

On Donates list page, you can edit, view and delete order

8. Edit donate Click “Edit” link below order code to access to Edit order page

On Edit order page, you can update information and status of order, and information of donor

While updating order, you can tick the checkbox “Send email notice to customer” to send order update

informationvia email. The content of email is showed at email template of plugin settings.

9. Logs management Access to: Main menu -> Crowdfunding -> Logs

At there, you can view log of system including new order created, sent email, status of order …

“Delete” button: delete checked logs

“Clear Logs” button: delete all logs
