INCLUDING SIDEWALKS/CURB/GUTTER OR ANY DECORATIVE PATHS MUST BE BROUGHT
TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND MUST BE APPROVED BY PUBLIC WORKS ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENTS INSPECTOR. POTHOLING MUST BE DONE AND ALL THE UTILITIES MUST
BE IDENTIFIED PRIOR TO COMMENCING EXCAVATION.
· EXCAVATION AND RESTORATION WORK MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE PUBLIC

MODIFIED TYPE III TRUNK WRAPPING SHALL BE VERIFIED BY URBAN FORESTRY PRIOR
TO ANY WORK IN THE VICINITY. FOR EACH TREE SITE WRAPPED FOR PROTECTION
WITHIN 15' IF ANY WORK ZONE OR CONCRETE FROM SECTION, A BILLABLE TREE
