Section 4c:Program of study (syllabus) and enrolment forms shallbear the NSTP without stating therein the threecomponents.

There shall be an orientation for all NSTPenrolled to be jointly conducted by the ROTC, CWTS, andLTS coordinators/implementers. Students enrolled in thefirst semester of the freshmen year be made to undergo acommon module phase for 25 hours training period.Subjects covered are: citizenship training, drug education,disaster awareness, and preparedness and management;environmental protection; and other national security concerns.Upon completion of the common module phase thestudent must select the specific NSTP Programcomponents the [sic] he/ she will pursue.

Prints clearance (and other) forms that can be used forother university transactions (TOR, Diploma, etc.)

Student can be only cleared if all accountabilities havebeen settled (i.e., temporarily-waived accountabilities willnot be considered as cleared).
