December 2018 Presidents Message, Bruce McDowell I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. November turned out to be a ‘California’ winter wonderland with temperatures dropping to a brisk chill. There’s still time for a few runs here in the last month of 2018. Time flies when you retire, so much to do, places to see, family to visit, and new adventures to make. I want to take this time to thank Denise and Larry Hume, Ron and Lila Kurtz, for packing up and traveling to Scottsdale to help Good Guys at the Scottsdale show, Harry and all of Good Guys said they couldn’t have had such a good show without them, thank you to both couples for representing the O.T.H.G.S.D. in true street rodder spirit. I’m sure the news passed at the last meeting regarding a potential lawsuit, is upsetting to everyone, however rest assured, we will move forward from this situation just as we have so many situations in the past, so if you’ve stopped coming to meetings, stopped participating in car shows, just know 2019 is around the corner and life starts over, and it’s up to each and every one of you to make a difference in this club, only you can do it. Club members please do not forget that we have a deadline for Streak Reserved Camping Spots by December 31, 2018. Membership dues are also due on January 1, 2019. Merry Christmas, and a Happy, Healthy, New Year. December 2018 Presidents Message, Bruce McDowell

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving.

Bruce McDowell, President

Buy your tickets for the club general meeting drawing, in addition to the money split a $25 Gift Certificate to local restaurant chain is also being given away.
