Here’s a fairness issue…
Some come in very late for the class or come in only at the end of the class
or 請假 many times
Therefore, the New Policy
• We lock the back door• Check list will be with the assistant in the back by
the door• Each of you will come in and the assistant will
check a box on the check list indicated by you– It’s your free will if you’d check for someone else
• Those who come in during these time slots will be deducted of the absence quota respectively– 1:40-1:50, 1:50-2:00, 2:00-2:10, after 2:10– 0.25, 0.5. 0.75, 1
請假• You are supposed to not to unless it’s emergency
(the 3.0 quota is to accommodate the emergency)• If it’s prior to the seminar with acceptable reason,
it’s counted as 0.5 in the absence quota• If it’s after the seminar due to unavoidable
emergency, it’s counted as 0. 5 in the absence quota
• Others are not accepted and will be calculated based on the check time

• Those who did not take the make up draw will be up before those who did
• You are free to find a substitute speaker/moderator if you could, but let us know ahead of time
