CSM Group, Inc. was founded by Michael Patch in 2000 as a full service print distributor of commercial printing, forms, envelopes, supplies, ad-specialty items and other print-related products. CSM Group, Inc. is headquartered in North Attleboro, MA and is an active member of the Print Services Distribution Association (PSDA). CSM Group, Inc. (CSM Group) is a customer-driven service organization that enables our clients to optimize print procurement efficiencies via a diversified base of highly-competitive manufacturing resources. CSM Group offers a complete line of print management capabilities ensuring that every job is handled by a trade specialist that employs the latest print technologies. We provide a complete line of print (offset and digital) and fulfillment services for programs of any size and ensure that all work not only meets, but exceeds our clients’ expectations. Our strategic goal is to be a genuine and reliable outsource partner for our clients. Recently, CSM Group established a new business vertical that provides print consultation and print management expertise to the nation’s leading firms in the financial services industry. Partnering with these leading firms; CSM Group establishes goals to substantially drive down print related expenses while ensuring exceptional customer service and best-in-class quality. CSM Group achieves these goals through its access to PSDA trade (wholesale) printers and through our deep knowledge and expertise of our clients’ print and fulfillment needs and expectations. Partnering with Michael, John Carmichael joined CSM with the experience required to make this new business offering successful. Together, Michael and John are confident that the opportunities for our clients have never been more promising. Michael’s 24 years in the printing industry is demonstrated through his command of all print management solutions. To fully complement Michael, John’s 23 years in the financial services industry serves as the basis for his in depth knowledge of the needs and expectations of leading financial service firms. We are confident that significant opportunities exist, whereas many financial service firms are not aware of, nor take advantage of, the services of print distributors to gain access to the wholesale print market.

CSM BUSINESS MODEL

Our business model is really quite simple. We work as a true business partner with our client and become an extension of their business. We work directly with PSDA trade (wholesale) print firms across the country, and internationally, to source our client’s printing at substantial savings compared to what they could achieve on their own. We focus on results with an appreciation of the need for effective business relationships. From a results perspective, 20%-30% level cost savings are very realistic and in select situations we have been able to save our clients upwards of 50%-75%. PERSONAL PROFILES

MICHAEL PATCH - President

Michael Patch started his career in the print industry in 1987 with Wallace Computer Services and achieved an outstanding track record as a leading Sales Representative and District Sales Manager during his 10 years in the Boston, MA and Wilmington, DE offices. In his first year, Michael proved his ability by winning Sales Representative of the Year in Wallace’s Boston Sales office (1987). His consistent sales expertise, loyalty, and dedication earned him a promotion into management after three short years. As a District Sales Manager, he earned Wallace’s “Manager of the Year” in 1992 & 1994 and received membership into Wallace’s elite Outstanding Performance Club. In 1995 Mr. Patch joined Webb/Mason, Inc. where he was recognized as “Sales Representative of the Year” in 1997 and joined Webb/Mason’s elite Outstanding Performance Club. Michael holds an Undergraduate Degree in Finance from Northeastern University (1986). Today, Mr. Patch serves as President of CSM Group, Inc. with an impressive 24 years experience. His hobbies include golf, traveling, and spending time with his three sons.

DENISE PATCH - Chief Financial Officer CSM Group, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer and co-founder, has an extensive background of professional experience, with over 24 years in both marketing and management. Throughout her six-year tenure with NYNEX, which began in 1985, Denise was consistently promoted to leading management positions. As a Manager in the Marketing and Finance departments, she was recognized as a corporate leader in NYNEX’s intensive and selective management training program

(1987). Denise holds an Undergraduate Degree in Mathematics from Emmanuel College (1985) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University (1991).

JOHN CARMICHAEL – Partner John joined CSM Group, Inc as a 23 year veteran of the Financial Services industry serving in a number of executive leadership roles with Fidelity Investments and other leading firms. John brings this financial service industry knowledge and expertise to CSM Group along with his 11 years experience in executive leadership roles within Fidelity Investment’s print-mail division. John’s early business career was focused on providing leadership to middle and back office operations and client servicing divisions in the mutual fund and brokerage industry. In the mid 90’s he gained extensive knowledge of the high net worth marketplace when he was promoted to Senior Director, High Net Worth Operations and Product Development. In 1998 John was recruited to join Fidelity Investments’ industry leading print management company to assist in a turnaround of the division. As Vice President of Relationship Management, he successfully restored multiple failed corporate relationships. John continued to have success as Vice President of Business Development where he managed the strategic and tactical activities of a $100 million print portfolio for his clients. John holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of South Carolina (1993) and a Bachelors of Arts, Economics, degree from Fairfield University (1986).

• Our PSDA trade manufacturers focus on being print and fulfillment experts, period. They do not have a sales force and they minimize management overhead which reduces their total costs significantly.

• Our PSDA trade manufacturers are not part of large, national conglomerate firms; instead they are trades-man and woman who are exceptionally proud of their trade…they live for this stuff!

• CSM Group, Inc. ensures that all print and fulfillment jobs are produced by the PSDA trade manufacturer who is the specialist for that particular product.

• CSM Group, Inc. bids each job to a minimum of five of our well known PSDA trade manufacturers thereby ensuring competitive market forces to keep our clients’ costs consistently low.

• Direct manufacturers are publicly held companies and profit expectations are much higher than trade manufacturers, which are often privately held.

• Direct manufacturers on the other hand have large direct sales forces and multiple management layers that ultimately cause their overhead and pricing to be significantly higher than PSDA trade printers.
