Scope of career counselling

There are certain traits in a person (student here) that makes them efficient in one or more fields and counsellors support students to find out that field through a series of tests and analysis.

Career guidance is not fully effective if given at student level only, since it involves other factors as well such as society, family, culture influence, changes in market, career scope and student’s personal identity.

Considering the scope of reach of career counselling it is a total of 29 million students at least.
