A-G Subject Requirements
Students must receive a “C” or better in all A-G courses
Grade Point Average • The high school GPA is based upon grades earned in all
approved college preparatory courses taken in the 10th, 11th and 12th grade. Initial decision can be made on 10th and 11th grades. All self-reported and senior year grades are verified in final transcripts.
• CSU will award honors points in the GPA calculation for up to 8
semester courses taken in 11th and 12th grade. No honors points are awarded for grades of D and F.
• Seniors can earn or fall out of eligibility through senior year
academic performance.
