Conceived as a pair of dancers moving togetherwithout touching, each of these multi-storeytowers appears to lean in two directions - sidewaysand towards to one another.
The shorter tower, a 29 storey concrete frame
structure, houses apartments with the taller twistedtower, a 34 storey structure, accommodating ofcespace.
The two are linked by a two storey pod ium and threebasement levels. These provide retail and leisurefacilities and car parking. Our considerable localexperience in deep excavation and constructioncontributed to the water resistant design of thebasement levels.
This 11 storey tall 5 star hotel is situated at the heartof Abu Dhabi and houses 281 spacious rooms. Thehotel design and construction was estimated at600 million AED.

The magnicent building that houses the SharjahMuseum of Islamic Civilization rst opened in1987 as the Souq al-Majarrah and quickly becamea popular landmark, both among the peopleof Sharjah themselves and visiting tourists. Thebuilding was only the second of its kind in the
Gulf region, after Sharjahs New or CentralSouq constructed in 1977, to use traditional, Arab-Islamic design elements in its ground-plan anddcor.
The building with its impressive architectureand attractive design features was subsequentlyrenovated and reopened in 2008 as the Museumof Islamic Civilization.
