Budget Notes - 2013

• Award grants totaling at least $1 million to be used for CTE projects directly involving CTE Student Organizations.

• Award at least $1 million in grants to be used for CTE projects that have a clear tie-in to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).



Financial Resources

• $7,500,000 appropriated by Legislature

• 95% for grants.

• 5% for administration

• Funds must by used by June 30, 2015
