Dependencies / Linking of ProjectsCreation of Controlled Vocabulary and Codes for

Integrative Query SystemIssue: NCIT incomplete in anatomy and pathology nomenclature for mouse and human.

Examples:

1. No codes for IHC of ER, PR, or Ki67

2. Limited, outdated codes for mouse mammary tumors

3. No codes for specific GEM models (use MGI codes?)

4. Confusion in anatomic designations of breast vs mammary

Solution: Working with EVS team to resolve issues. New codes for ER, PR, and Ki67

Issue: How granular should we get?
