EXECUTIVE CHEF – RENÉ KLOPExecutive Chef René Klop left the kitchen of Michelin star restaurants in The Netherlands and Belgium for Curaçao, bringing a suitcase full of French techniques along with him. Curaçao added some delicious island influences and Asian flavors. Since his arrival on the island, he has shared his culinary creations with endless food loving guests and several international and Caribbean celebrities.

ROOM SERVICEAll of our dishes, snacks and treats can be ordered in the comfort of your own room. All ordered items are subject to 12% service charge and a USD 10 delivery fee per order. Your food will be brought to your accommodation – at your preferred time. Please see our hours of operations and menus available for room service. You can order your room service by dialing #3000 (restaurant).

When you are done eating, please be so kind to leave your tray outside your door and call the restaurant to have it removed. Getting hungry? Browse through all scrumptious options on our menus.

BREAKFASTThe most important meal of the day done right.

Breakfast is included in your stay and is served daily from 07:00 AM till 11:00 AM at Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant. Here you can devour a luxurious continental buffet with American items made to order. See our breakfast menu with all the essentials of a delicious start of the day here.

ROOM SERVICE BREAKFAST PRE-ORDER

Breakfast can be served in the comfort of your own accommodation. By filling in the Breakfast Pre-order Sheet at the Front Office before 08:00 PM today, you will enjoy your breakfast in-room tomorrow. A delivery fee of USD 10 applies to every pre-ordered breakfast. All additional items ordered on the day of delivery will be charged to your bill. All items are subject to 12% service charge and delivery fee of USD 10 per delivery.

BEACH DAY PASS

Our resort guests always have priority during dinner and lunch. Though, a limited amount of day pass reservations from visitors is allowed. Therefore, we would appreciate it very much when you inform us if you are planning a day or afternoon off property, so we can have a perfect overview of the availability for our visitors.

If you wish to invite your friends and/or family for a beach day at Baoase, we are honored to have them over. You will find all the needed information regarding visitors here. Please note that reservations are required, and Resort Visitor Rules apply.

LUNCH

A luxurious à la carte lunch is served daily from 12:00 PM till 04:00 PM at Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant or directly on the beach. Consult our lunch menu and start to get hungry.

BAOASE BEACH BARWhen the warmth of the Caribbean sun gets you thirsty, quench that thirst with one of our refreshing drinks. Our open-air and fully equipped bar is located next to the beach and provides a relaxing spot to start (or end) your tropical day with a sparkling cocktail from our drinks menu or your favorite drink prepared by our bartender. It is a place to talk, meet and enjoy good company while enjoying the ocean’s breeze.

DINNEREvery day, the Baoase culinary team serves gastronomy in the tropical backdrop of our private lagoon. An à la carte dinner with a salty sea breeze on the side, and wines from all over the world replenishing the glasses.

Every night brings a grand excuse for gastronomy. You could sip a drink at the Beach Bar with live music on Tuesdays, feast during Fruits de Mer Night on Thursdays, devour the smoky dishes of our Culinary Barbecue on Saturdays or the delights of Asian Night on Sundays.

LIVE MUSIC EVERY TUESDAY | 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM

End a tropical day in paradise by sipping a cocktail served with some live entertainment at the Baoase Beach Bar. We invite the best bands of the island to finish off a magical night. Our Front Office is happy to tell more about the band of the week.

FRUITS DE MER EVERY THURSDAY | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

On Thursdays, we share the bounty of the sea at Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant with our Fruits de Mer menu. Besides our usual à la carte dinner, the chefs prepare lavish Fruits de Mer at our live station. Fresh mussels, clams, crab, lobster and magnificent oysters from our local and international markets; they are all served to be shared for those who love what the sea has to offer.Our mixed platter allows you to create your own platter of cold shell fish. Or take the chance to indulge in our royal Ossetra caviar with classic garnish and blinis. Or the tasty Canadian lobster (USD 37.50 for half). All items of the Fruits de Mer menu can also be ordered as an appetizer or bites platter.

CULINARY BARBECUE EVERY SATURDAY | 7:00 PM - approx. 9:30 PM

The rich smell of smokiness and smolder is a regular at Baoase. Every Saturday, we fire up the grill for our culinary beach barbecue. For two hours, we will combine the classic Texas barbecue meats with tropical Mexican influences and modern European cooking techniques.

What is sizzling? The truest union of delicate and robust: Texas Prime Beef. During this dinner experience, you will be welcomed with an aperitif, homemade naan bread, tzatziki and hummus. The main dishes are served in courses and feature oysters, shrimps, short ribs, that top-blade Texas prime and many more. One can experience this night of gastronomic barbecue with aperitif for USD 95.

Of course, our à la carte menu will be available as well during the Culinary Barbecue. As there are only 20 seats available per night, reservations should be made before hand.

ASIAN NIGHT EVERY SUNDAY | 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Two destinations, one experience. During our Asian Night, Baoase brings a part of Asia to the island.

Every Sunday, Baoase restaurant is all about sharing, offering an Asian menu with a variety of bites and small dishes to share while the chefs prepare sushi at the live cooking station. You can enjoy our wide selection of sushi, sashimi, steamed and fried dim sum, tempura shrimps, seared meat and fish, spring rolls. and many more. After which you can indulge in our Asian desserts to complete your dining experience.

As these delicate dishes require our full attention, our á la carte menu will not be available during Asian night.

water, a starter and main course of Asian tapas (sushi/sashimi),

Our Executive Chef René Klop prepares his choice of amuses in

the kitchen while you enjoy a glass of champagne. The evening

continues on your beautifully decorated porch where a private

waiter serves the personalized menu. Additionally, there is an

optional wine pairing and additional beverages of your choice.

The price of this dinner could be subject to additional charges

depending on your personal choices. The chef will have a

meeting with you to create your perfect personalized menu.

In-Villa Cooking is only available in Baoase villas one to eight and

the Master Villa – not in rooms or suites. Price per day includes

chef and menu consultancy and excludes food and drinks.

or villa, we offer a special Hot Stone Dinner. A private dining

The hot stone dishes include a trio (or a choice) of tenderloin,

tuna steak and prawns served with mixed vegetables,

homemade fries or rice and a selection of sauces.

PRIVATE CHEF AND BUTLER

PRIVATE CHEFAt Baoase Luxury Resort, we cater to every guests’ needs. To create the ultimate

holiday feeling, we offer a Private Chef Service. It is an intimate alternative to

eating out, making full use of your accommodation in its cozy setting.

Some days are for going out and exploring the island’s cuisine, but some are

well-spent in the comfort of your own accommodation. Our villas are designed

with the utmost level of comfort and style, which makes a culinary day-in a way

to truly unwind.

Our private chefs have many years of experience within fine-dining and will take

care of everything throughout the day. No need to worry about groceries or

cooking; spend a delicious day of quality time with your loved one(s).

The Private Chef Service is available for lunch, snacks and dinner from 08:00 AM

to 09:00 PM. Price: USD 800 per day excluding food.

Availability upon request. The private chef is only available in Baoase villas – not

in the rooms or suites. When staying in the Master Villa, the private chef can be

included in your stay in advance.
