Cultural is the way of life or general customs and belief, of a particular group at a particular time.

Influence is effect of something on the person, thing, or event.

4. Cultural influence on family life

Culture influences our lives by shaping how we perceive our own behavior and the behavior of others. It influences how we dress and speak. It can even influence whether we view certain colors as lucky. For example: red is viewed as lucky in China. Culture shapes our rituals and adds flavor to our lives.

4.1 Khmer cultures when met someone

According to khmer culture and tradition, there are 5 position of khmer salutation such as:

• salutation above eyebrow level to the God.• salutation at eyebrow level to king, monk or sacred• salutation at nose level to parent, grandparent, or teacher• salutation at mouth level to older people or those who

have higher rank, and • salutation at chest level to people at the same age or rank

Almost of Khmer family the teenager live with the family it is different from Eastern country that the teenager live by them self.

Culture plays a principal role in establishing the national identity, in crystallizing the tracks often social and economic development and in supporting the institutions associated with them.

Culture generally dictates ones fashion choices. A person that is in a predominately conservative environment will tend to choose clothes and colors that are conservative. People in more liberal environments will dress and choose clothes that are bright and flashy.

A biker culture will choose clothes that make a person look like a biker, or a rock culture people will dress like rockers. Others will dress a their environment allows. Unless they are the rebellious ones that will do whatever is opposite of the culture.

Cultural influence on art also important for living life. In the present domain of art are sharing the cultural from one country to one country. For example, Thai movies shown their own cultural so some of the visitor follow their culture such as speaking, wearing, and other thing.
