Curbside Pickup:
Frequently Asked Questions
As we adapt to the current situation, we are streamlining our product lines and services for
Spring 2020 to continue to provide the same quality standards to as many customers as
possible. This means that not all the items that we carry will be available for sale this season.
The selection of products listed online is the complete range of items that is for sale at this
time. New products will be added to our site as the season continues (Vegetables & Annuals to
arrive early May!)
No returns or exchanges. All items are final sale.
I never received an order confirmation?
We find that sometimes order confirmations have ended up in spam or junk folders – make
sure to check these folders in your email for an order conformation.
Can I make changes to my order? Can I change my pickup date and time?
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Items cannot be added to your order
and the pickup date and time cannot be moved. This is to ensure that we can accurately fulfill
orders and serve as many of our customers as possible while respecting increased sanitizing
procedures.
Can I pick up my order earlier than your website will allow?
When paying for your order, our website will show you the earliest available pickup time, which
is a minimum of 4 days out. This lag is to allow adequate time for us to maintain physical
distancing and disinfecting protocols, process and gather orders on a daily basis, and care for
our existing plants.
When Picking Up Your Order:
Arrive at your scheduled date and time
Have your order number ready
Bring along your own sheets or newspapers to use as trunk liners if you
require them – unfortunately we cannot provide these.

Do you have delivery?
We do not offer delivery. Orders must be picked up at our store (located at 2615 Victoria St. N,
Breslau, ON).
What if I just need a couple of things I missed on my first order?
Right now there’s no way to open up an existing order and add on to it. We strongly suggest
finding everything you need before checking out.
Is it possible to lower your minimum purchase?
With so many people looking to get plants and gardening supplies we are only able to fulfill a
fixed number of orders per hour to ensure safe physical distancing and sanitation protocols we
have implemented are upheld. Our we hope that if you can think twice and click ‘buy’ once, it
will save a pickup slot for someone else, who maybe has yet to place their first order.
I only need a few items - I want to order but I don’t need $40 worth of products. Can I still
make an order?
May we suggest calling a friend or neighbour to see if they also need a few items, we’ve found
many people ordering together to save a trip out. We hope with the selection offered on
Belgian’s Online Store you and a friend could combine on an order and save a bit of time & gas
on making multiple trips out.
Can annuals listed in 3-packs or other sets of multiples be broken up?
Our annuals in 4” & 3.5” pots are listed in 3-packs this season, and annuals in cell packs are
listed in half trays of 16 plants. Unfortunately it is not possible to break up these items or order
less than a full 3-pack of plants.
When will you be restocking your annuals and/or vegetables>
All of our annual and vegetable plants are grown on site by Belgian Nursery staff – this means
that once an item is sold out, it is gone for the season. Some items typically begin to sell out
around Mother’s Day.
Can I place an order for annuals and/or vegetables now and have them held for me?
Sorry, we cannot hold orders for later pickup. All orders must be placed through our online
store, and pickups can only be scheduled for the dates available at time of ordering.

Can I see specific mixes listed for your 12” Annual hanging baskets?
Because our 12” mixed annual hanging baskets are incredibly diverse, they are listed by general
colour scheme. We will endeavour to fulfill any colours requested at checkout, but cannot
guarantee colour selection.
What does “Grower’s Choice” mean?
Some of our plants are simply too diverse to list all available options – these plants are often
listed as “grower’s choice.” This means that our staff will select the best looking plants &
varieties for you from the available range.
Is repotting available?
Unfortunately as part of our effort to streamline our services for Spring 2020, repotting is not
available at this time.
Can you let me know when a product comes back into stock?
Unfortunately we cannot respond to the volume of requests we receive regarding when specific
items are restocked. Please check our online store regularly to see what is currently available.
There are products that I know you carry which aren’t listed on your website. How can I buy
them?
As we adapt to the current situation, we are streamlining our product lines and services for

We are looking forward to helping everyone that is looking to Belgian to order plants for the
garden this spring. We have all the product growing, but due to the current reality, we must act
with the safety of our staff as our top priority. We sincerely appreciate your understanding as
we do our best to help everyone we can get the plants and gardening supplies they want this
spring!
