End Seals

Preparation:

A trench is excavated to access the host pipe.

The host pipe is cut and a section removed sufficient to enable liner installation and sealing.

Pipe Flanges:

Pre-fabricated flange pieces are attached and secured to the host pipe.

Liner Installation:

The liner(s) are installed and cured.

The liner is trimmed back inside the flange pieces.

End-Seal Installation:

The installed liner is sealed to the flange pieces by means of steel tensioned rubber seals (“End Seal”).

Finishing:

The flanged ends are re-coupled in-line with a new short spool piece of pipe.
