Curriculum Change: Students

This form should be used by undergraduate students who wish to change their major, add or drop a minor or concentration, or add or drop a second major or degree. Prior to completing this form, students should meet with their current academic advisor, or a representative from the academic department for which they wish to join.

Restrictions

This form is not available to:

Graduate students First year and Clarkson School students during the first 2 weeks of their first semester Students wishing to change degrees sought (for example, from a bachelor of science (BS) to a bachelor of

professional studies (BPS) degree) Students who are unable to use the online form should download and complete this PDF.

Instructions (video instructions)

PeopleSoft Navigation: Select SAS Electronic Forms from your Student Center, then select CU SAS Curriculum Forms from the list of options

Select the action you wish to take on the main screen (ex: add minor, change major, etc)

Your current major will auto-populate.

Change major to (or add major or add minor depending on which action was selected) is a drop-down menu with all available options to choose from.

Anticipated graduation term is a look-up box with future terms available for selection.

Comments are optional, helpful, and encouraged. Comments are sent to the approver with your request.
