A Study Game in the same group of ShT-54 is implementing. Theme of the Study Game is: “The Local Government Obligations within the City: mandatory, voluntary and delegated obligations”.

Students divided on two groups have to attach to the appropriate tree the small colored papers in the form of apple where different obligations are shown.
