the first alderman in the city’s history to be elected to that many consecutive terms.

Vice President (2013 – present) The primary mission of the League is two-fold – to
register as many eligible voters as possible, and to educate citizens on the civic issues and
positions of political candidates, from local to national.
Member, Elmhurst Hospital Neighborhood Advisory Committee (2010 – 2013), a community
organization whose mission was to impact neighborhood policy in all hospital operations.
