ARTICLES, SCRIPTS AND ESSAYS

1997 - Missionary Trip to Israel, with Israel Coral '97. An interdenominational mass coral of Puerto

Rico invited by the Israeli Ministry of Culture to sing at the Tabernacles Fest in Qumran in the Red

Sea desert area.

1998 - Second missionary journey, travel to Colombia to participate in an international conference of

Christian arts in Cartagena of the Indies.

1999 - Trip to the Dominican Republic, with the Coral Israel '97, inspirational chants. We are invited

to minister to various congregations and exposition of the Word of God.

2000 - Second Trip to Israel, to minister in different places with the Coral Israel.

2010 – August, First trip to Haiti, we set a team to four specialists in their field, the team of experts

traveled to Haiti to begin a needs assessment (5) to develop the university hospital in Haiti. We made

our first medical teleconsultation and telemedicine from Haiti to Puerto Rico about 30 physicians and

students.

2010 – Octuber, Second trip to Haiti, we traveled with a medical teacher and students to do some

clinics in places of great need. It also served to make the tests, how to prepare for travel health teams.

We did a second test case report consisted of Telemedicine in Teleconference to inform physicians in

Puerto Rico a partial test.

2010 – November - First workshop education to distance, in order to perform the test programming,

communication and transmission, to prepare three facilitators for the project and distance education

in telehealth test. From Puerto Rico to North Haiti, we accomplished three educative sections. One of

these participants is now our corrdinador in Haiti.

2011- January - First meeting long distance teleconference With the purpose of presenting the

available staff to be trained in Haiti, about 12 people well trained professions available.

2011 – April - We traveled to North Carolina to talk to the manufacturer of the mobile hospital and

we got permission to sell. We assist to workshop to observe how is the response to first aid in a

medical emergency coordinated with two states and we saw the assembly of the of the hospital

prototipe and the medical first response to a disaster in the United States.

2011 - Third mission trip to Haiti in this study trip ground transportation to move drugs of pharmacy

from Dominican Republic to establish a committee in Dominican Republic, interviewing and testing

of a rural clinic in an orphanage. We did from Guatemala also a teleconference from Haiti with the

organization of telemedicine expert Tula Health for people in need. About 1,200 miles away in the

telepresence about 20 people in Haiti tele candidates facilitators.

2013 - Fourth mission trip to Haiti - In order to talk to the president of Haiti, we claim the permission

of the Republic of Haiti for construct the hospital and we were able to contact his spokesperson, the

analysis of the 4 locations to establish the pediatric clinic and meetings with our partner the Dr.

Watson Cadet in the capital Port au Prince. We conduct a perception study with 90 chaplain leaders

of Cabo Haitien. For the 2014 plans were established for the training of the pediatric clinic and the

development of a telemedicine project with a school of public health. We met Pastor Ezequiel Batista

who is director of OIEDIH a network of 25 orphanages that we work to assist with the clinic

Telemedicine Pediatric and for which we link from organization to organization.

MISSIONARY, GLOBAL HEALTH EXPERIENCE AND HISTORY

Our interest is to conduct a comprehensive health system consisting of A Hospital School of Global Health

in Haiti.

This system may serve more than 500,000 people a year with the aid and development programs of social

action that result in auto subsidy on basic needs:

- Energy

- Drinking Water

- Healthy Eating

- Health Telecommunication

- Public Health

For this reason we have decided to embarked on this journey of faith leaving behind any gainful social

aspiration to help the needy around the world.

Our plan is to use Haiti as realize a step to research and education of many individuals in Haiti and all poor

third world countries.

Our first experimental phase of telemedicine is the next step for the work today. We are seeking sponsorship
