• Saved RO 1.5 mln in marmul 18in pipeline project

• World record in pipeline construction by laying down 21km in one day of 48inch pipeline

• Developed award scheme in oomco (ahlain spot bonus)

• Developed oomco HSSE management system which was adapted by other organizations

• Excellent record during all inclement weather crisis in fuel supply to all required sites in 24hrs without accident on the road with the largest logistics owned fleet and driven by 100% Omani drivers.

• Introduced and implemented HR burger model to oomco first of kind the group of ooc

• Introduced customer services journey one of its kind in the industry

• Managed to reduce attrition rate from 13% to 3%
