Skillfully and strategically running a century-old premier State University in
Central Luzon with five (5) campuses, thirteen (13) colleges, 1,100 faculty, 800
non-academic personnel, and 50,000 students.
Persistent lobbying at Congress results in a steady increase on the University
budget (General Appropriations Act, RA. 10964): 428M (2015), 451M (2016),
596M (2017), and 735M (2018).
Effective and prudent income management of the University Finances paved way
for substantial infrastructure projects: 5-storey Research Building, 2-storey
building at Sarmiento Campus, 2-storey building classroom at Meneses Campus,
continuation of the CIT building, University Main Gate and Security Office, Bustos
Campus Academic Library, Hagonoy Campus Clinic and covered path walk.

Outcomes-Based and Results-Driven Leadership led her administration to:
- The revision of the Institution’s Vision-Mission statement making its
language simpler and more concrete and its content more practical
and measurable as framework for institutional transformation and
development.
- Subjecting the University to ISO Certification (ISO 9001:2015) which
was granted in August 2017.
- Submission of the different programs of the University to the scrutiny of
the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the
Philippines, Inc. (AACCUP).
- Innovation in the enrolment system making it web-based reducing
paperwork in offices like Accounting and Cashier and partnering with
the Landbank of the Philippines for payment.
- Revision of the BulSU Student Manual.
- Intensive research efforts led to the production of 50 researches.
- Augmented faculty and staff development program produced faculty
scholars pursuing graduate studies in top universities in the country
and abroad.
- Free medical examination for all regular non-academic personnel,
employee by Job Order, Contract of Service, regular and part-time
faculty members.
- Strengthened international linkages.

Faculty exchange Student Exchange Program/curriculum development SLSU-TNU joint program offering
The collaboration was established in 2008 through signing the memorandum of agreement, economic contract and implementation. As to date, the joint program offers 3 courses in masteral degrees, 2 doctorates and 1 undergraduate program. There is an on-going discussion for the offering of the BS Nursing program, skills enhancement for professional nurses in Thai Nguyen Central Hospital and off-campus training for Bachelor of Secondary Education
VinhPhuc Department of Home Affairs, Vinhphuc Province Vietnam
Intensive English Program for teachers in Secondary and High Schools
The collaboration started in 2009 when the province through their Department of Home Affairs sent teachers to SLSU, Lucban to undergo the Intensive English Program. As to date, there were 110 teachers in both secondary and high schools that have undergone the IEP. This collaboration was through a memorandum of agreement between SLSU and the Department of Home Affairs of Vinhphuc Province
