RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS ACQUIRED:

Responsible for secretarial services in the office.

Taking dictation, transcribing and presenting accurate work mostly minutes in

meetings.

Attending to callers either in person or on telephone.

Ensuring timely responses to inquiries and correspondences to and from the office.

Ensure that incoming emails and outgoing emails are adequately managed.

Ensuring that relevant documents for meetings and presentations attended by the

Commissioner are properly produced and organized.

Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the office.

Requisitioning and managing the Commissioner’s office stationery and equipment.
