Duties: Lectured for B.Sc. Community Nurse Students. Lectures include nutrition for pregnant and lactating mothers, breastfeeding and infant feeding practices, nutritive value of local foods and dishes, and nutritional problems in Bahrain.

Taught the course of Food Hygiene for the students of public health inspection (College of Health Sciences). Course includes food poisoning, food adulteration, food preservation and hygiene, and sanitation in food establishments. (Feb.-May 1985). Taught Mass Media Course for the Health Education Diploma, College of Health Sciences, Bahrain. Course includes advantages and disadvantages of mass media and evaluation of the impact of mass media on health habits (Oct. - Jan. 1992).
