Introduction:
Structural engineer with 17 years of experience in both; reinforced concrete and steel
structures. Previous engineering work includes design of Mid to high-rise buildings, design
of national security buildings, design of safe jails, design of precast/prestressed structural
units, failure investigation, non-linear finite element analysis of complex structures,
strengthening and rehabilitation of hotels, hospitals and banks using traditional techniques
and carbon fiber laminates, design of externally prestressed bridge girders, design of
auditoriums, design of telecommunication towers, rehabilitation of bell towers in Europe,
design of car parkings, design of mega factories, work shop drawings of mid to high rise
structures, design of soil nailing systems for problematic soils, design of bomb shelters for
embassies, and FEA of wind turbine systems. Highly professional in design using ACI UBC,
IBC, BS, CBC, and ECP codes. Highly professional in numerical analysis of structures
using SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, Robot, Ansys, ABAQUS. Fully Aware of using AutoCAD 2D
for production of ISO drawings. Professor of design of reinforced concrete structures in the
Higher Technological Institute, HTI. Available to work under pressure overseas.

Zafarana Wind Farm in Egypt, which is among the largest onshore wind farms in the world. It is located 120 kilometres south of Suez on the Red Sea. The wind farm is erected in one of the windiest sites in this part of the world, where the average wind speed rises above 9 m/second. Due to the extreme weather conditions, the wind turbines have been specially prepared to cope with Egypt’s hot desert climate, sand storms and salty air.
Extended eight times The Zafarana project consists of several phases of which Danida has been supporting the first, second and seventh phase.
The fist wind farm was constructed in 2000 with 50 stall‐regulated wind turbines rated 600kW each. The second wind farm was constructed in 2001 with 46 pitch‐regulated wind turbines rated 660 kW each.
In 2008, design of the seventh wind farm started, consisting of 142 wind turbines with a capacity of 120MW.
