Audits form a critical part of clinical governance and are essential to demonstrate and assure the quality

Largest audit of eye emergencies (n=71,315 ) presenting at Bristol Eye Hospital (2011)

Largest single Trust audit of intraoperative complications in over 50,000 cataract operations at
