CLINICAL TRIALS SUB/-INVESTIGATOR Phase IV, randomized, controlled study investigating the efficacy and safety of ranibizumab “inject and extend” using an intensive retinal fluid retreatment regimen compared to a relaxed retinal fluid retreatment regimen in patients with wet age-related macular degeneration. Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) Trap-Eye: Investigation of Efficacy and Safety in Wet Age-Related Macular Degeneration(AMD) (VIEW1) This study is a phase III, double-masked, randomized, study of the efficacy and safety of VEGF Trap-Eye in patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration. Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) Trap-Eye: Investigation of Efficacy and Safety in Central Retinal Vein Occlusion (CRVO) This is a phase 3 study to determine the efficacy of VEGF Trap-Eye injected into the eye on vision function in subjects with macular edema as a consequence of central retinal vein occlusion. Dose Ranging Study of Pazopanib to Treat Neovascular Age-Related Macular Degeneration The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and efficacy of different dosage regimens of pazopanib eye drops for the treatment of neovascular age-related macular degeneration.
