Initiated the discussion with University administration and lawyers to

establish the first STTI chapter in Israel (housed within the Cheryl

Spencer Department of Nursing, University of Haifa); discussed

departmental benefits of STTI; organized the strategic plan to

establish STTI; filed documents to start negotiations with the

President of USA-based STTI; established the methods to adhere to

STTI bylaws including constituted Board; and began implementation

of the strategic plan to build the Nursing Research Institute. On

September 2019, the Honor Society successfully officially attained

chapter status, was chartered as Omega Lambda (No. 561), and

became the first STTI chapter in Israel.
