MOU with Prathista Industries, Stanford University and Auburn University
Automation of administrative activities, Distance Education Center and hostel
activities, introduction of biometric attendance in hostels, smart cards to
students, online purchase of books.
Introduction of Course on Life Skills and extending communication skills in
second semester.
Resolved several long pending teaching and non reaching issues like transfer of
services , paying to the tune of Rs2 crores towards commuted pension to the
retired teaching staff since 2000, contribution of Rs 6.5 crores to LIC towards
pension commitment of non teaching staff, appointment of Backlog SC posts,
compassionate appointments etc,.
Responsible to enter into MOU with several foreign universities and industries.
Member, Committee appointed by Govt of Andhra Pradesh to examine the
suicide of an Architecture student in Nagarjuna University, Guntur, 2015. The

committee has made recommendations and the Govt of AP is introducing several
measures like introduction of Biometric attendance, smart cards, CC cameras,
counseling centers and Anti ragging measures in all the universities in Andhra
Pradesh.
