Dr. James M. Gathungu is an experienced trainer/educator, consultant/researcher, administrator and
counselor Dr. Gathungu is able to design, implement and evaluate development programs appropriate
for specific client’s needs and interest. Dr. Gathungu is also able to determine program purpose,
appropriate content, approach and intervention focus. Dr Gathungu combines the skills of Educating,
Training, diagnosing, consulting, Leading and counseling to resolve Complex organizational and
development problems. His broad experience gained from a dozen of change agent intervention
enables Dr. Gathungu to relate to all levels of an organization.
Dr. Gathungu is able to develop specific recommendations and deliver management and the
organization; Dr. Gathungu is able to critically assess existing micro and macro business systems to
