STEP 1: Setup
Create an item using item template @Finish Goods and assign to WMS enabled
organization
Inventory Super User -> Inventory -> Items -> Master Items
Assign Item to WMS enabled Inventory organization
Tools -> Organization Assignments

Pick Load Page Setup (Optional)
Warehouse manager -> Setup -> Warehouse Configuration ->Tasks -> Pick Load Page Setup
Default is No for seeded template; you can create a user defined template and set field to Yes
Assign Pick Load Page Template to User Task Type (Optional)
Warehouse manager -> Setup -> Warehouse Configuration ->Tasks -> Pick Load Page Setup

STEP 2: Data Preparation
Create item on-hand using Miscellaneous Receipt (GUI/Mobile)
Inventory -> Transactions -> Miscellaneous Transaction -> Miscellaneous Receipt
Create a sales order (Destination Warehouse should be WMS enabled)
Order Management -> Orders, Returns -> Sales Order

Select WMS Destination organization in Others Tab
Enter order lines. Verify the destination organization from shipping tab, book the order
Note down the sales order number

STEP 3: Simulation & Diagnostics of Curtail Pick
Release the sales order
Warehouse manager -> Outbound Logistics -> Release Pick Waves
Select Autocreate Delivery as Yes (Shipping Tab) and Warehouse (Inventory Tab). Press concurrent
button to launch concurrent request.
Verify that concurrent program Pick Selection List Generation completed successfully
View -> Request

Verify the Order Status
Warehouse manager -> Outbound Logistics -> Shipment Planning & Transactions
Verify and assign picking task to user
Warehouse Manager -> Inquiry -> Warehouse Control Board
Pick the sales order task
Whse Mgmt -> Task -> Directed Task -> Outbound -> Manifest Picking

Press F4 to raise exception and select any reason code
Select Pick More and then Press F4 again to get Curtail Pick reason code
Select Curtail Pick to complete the load task.
Note the LPN & order delivery details

Verify the Task status is partially Loaded
Warehouse Manager -> Inquiry -> Warehouse Control Board
Drop the Loaded LPN
Whse Mgmt -> Tasks -> Directed Task -> Directed Move -> Drop Loaded LPNs

Verify the Task status is partially Completed

Verify that order line has been spitted into two lines. Remaining quantity would be backordered if item
on-hand is not satisfied by picking rule from other location, otherwise will suggest other picking location.
Pick Release remaining quantity of the sales order
