5. ALL DEBRIS, EXISTING OR RESULTING FROM SCHEDULED CONSTRUCTIONDURING THE COURSE OF THE WORK, SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE PROJECTAREA ON A DAILY BASIS. ALL SPACES INCLUDING STAIRS AND CORRIDORSSHALL BE MAINTAINED AND LEFT IN A BROOM CLEAN CONDITION DAILY.

6. ALL FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT REMOVED AS SCHEDULED, SHALL BECONSIGNED TO THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR REUSE AS SALVAGEDMATERIALS OR DISPOSAL AS REQUIRED. ALL INTERIOR DOORS AND ANYITEMS WHICH MAY BE DESIGNATED AS SALVAGEABLE DURING THECONSTRUCTION PERIOD, SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GENERALCONTRACTOR TO CATALOGUE AND PROVIDE STORAGE AND PROTECTIONFOR ALL SUCH MATERIALS INTENDED FOR REUSE.

7. ALL EXISTING ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND HEATING SYSTEMS SHALL BEREMOVED, CAPPED, OR SEALED AS REQUIRED FOR THE CONTRACTOR TOIMPLEMENT THE NEWLY SCHEDULED WORK. SEE ELECTRICAL, HVAC, ANDPLUMBING DRAWINGS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

8. IN THE EVENT THAT UNCOVERED CONDITIONS ARE CONSIDERED DEFECTIVE OROTHERWISE DISSIMILAR TO ANTICIPATED CONDITIONS, THE CONTRACTORSHALL NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER IMMEDIATELY AND FOLLOWWITH A WRITTEN MEMORANDUM. IN ORDER TO ALLOW FORPROPER INSPECTIONS OF THE WORK. ALL WORK IS SUBJECT TOINSPECTION, AND ANY PORTION OF THE WORK MAY BE REJECTED AT ANYTIME IF FOUND IN CONFLICT WITH AND CONTRARY TO THE CONSTRUCTIONDRAWINGS AND/OR SPECIFICATIONS.

4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ALLNECESSARY PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS. THE COST OF ALL PERMITS ANDINSPECTIONS SHALL BE TOTALLY BORN BY THE CONTRACTOR.

6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIRING ANDREPLACING ALL DAMAGES TO UNDERGROUND UTILITIES AFFECTED BY THEWORK IN PROGRESS, OR ANY APPURTENANCES ENCOUNTERED.
