2. He gets a paper warranty inside the box, printed invoice.

3. For query/service request, he goes to google and find call center number from company website etc

4. If customer is happy, he will orally tell his friend( atleast wont do so proactively)

5. Feedback solicited from customer on his recent purchase often missed

The Ecosystem

How It Works1. The product purchase is registered in the customer’s custo cloud account. The customer’s custo account is created ( if first time user and even if customer doesn’t have smartphone) when the sale is booked and triggered in Custo platform (see below)

2. Customer downloads the Custo app from playstore and can view his warranty and other product related services/CTA immediately or when pushed from backend.

How to Book a Sale
